Hopedale Fire is a combindation department that consists of a full time Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, 8 full-time firefighters and 16 paid on-call firefighters. We operate 12 pieces of apparatus out of one station. The station is staffed by two firefighters 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Any second incidents or incidents requiring more than the on-duty personnel require off-duty personnel be activated and respond from home. We respond to an average of 1,500 emergency calls per year.
