The Select Board is seeking four residents to serve as volunteers on the Community Preservation Committee. Per the by-law adopted by Town Meeting, Town employees and individuals currently holding elected or appointed positions are not eligible to serve.

At the Nov. 3, 2020 Town Election, the Town adopted the Community Preservation Act.  Subsequently, Town Meeting voted to establish a Community Preservation Committee.

The objective of the CPC is to study the needs, possibilities and resources of the Town, specifically with respect to recreational uses, historic resources, community housing and open space and to make recommendations to Town Meeting to fund projects in support of these objectives.
